Match & Introduction
Platform connects buyers and sellers via AI-powered matching. Identities remain masked.
Negotiate
Communicate through the encrypted messaging system. IBAN and phone numbers are automatically filtered.
Escrow & Payment
On deal approval, payment moves to escrow. Held securely until delivery is confirmed.
Delivery & Release
Buyer confirms delivery, escrow releases, commission is deducted automatically.
Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) are internationally recognized financial compliance standards — universal terms like IBAN or SWIFT.
Required Documents
Asinora does not hold client funds directly. Payments flow through a BDDK and EU-licensed payment provider (Iyzico/Stripe).
Deal Approval
Both parties confirm the deal terms on the platform.
Deposit to Escrow
Buyer deposits payment into the escrow account. Seller does not receive it yet.
Delivery & Verification
Seller delivers the product/service. Buyer confirms receipt.
Automatic Release
After confirmation, commission is deducted and the balance is paid to the seller.
Platform commissions vary by transaction size and sector. All rates are published on /komisyonlar.
Parties introduced through the platform are obligated to conduct all resulting commercial transactions exclusively through the platform for 24 months from the introduction date. Violations incur a penalty equal to the sector commission rate on the transaction value.
Internal Mediation
Parties file a dispute notice through the platform. Asinora's mediation team intervenes.
İSTAC Arbitration
If internal resolution fails, the case is referred to the Istanbul Arbitration Centre. Escrow remains suspended.
Legal Proceedings
If the İSTAC ruling is not complied with, legal action may be initiated in Turkish courts.
